GardePro X66 3.0 Ultra Giveaway Rule

These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the GardePro X66 3.0 Ultra Giveaway (the “Contest”), sponsored by GardePro Inc. By participating, entrants (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Rules and all applicable laws.

1. Giveaway Period

Limited‑time Giveaway: May 22 – June 10.
Winners will be announced on June 12.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and all provinces and territories of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
Not eligible: Employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and any other entity involved in the Contest (collectively “Affiliated Parties”), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, regardless of residence) and persons residing in the same household, whether related or not.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Applicable Laws

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable U.S. and Canadian federal, state/provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Modification, Suspension, or Termination

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, or events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that compromise the security or integrity of the Giveaway. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received as of the termination date.

5. How to Enter

To participate, visit the official Giveaway website (the “Giveaway Site”) during the Giveaway Period and complete the entry form. To validate an entry:
Provide first name, last name, email address, and phone number (optional).
Confirm you are of legal age and eligible to participate.
Confirm you have read and accepted these Official Rules.
Limit: One entry per email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Entries with false, inaccurate, or incomplete information are void.
Prohibited: Robotic, automated, scripted, or fraudulent entry methods. Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or the Contest Site, and may pursue legal remedies.
Sponsor may request proof of identity or eligibility at any time.

6. Odds of Winning

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

7. Prize Details

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) GardePro X66 3.0 Ultra Cellular Trail Camera Prize Package (the “Prize”).
Each Prize Package includes:

1 × 64GB microSD Card (USD $30 / CAD $41.39)
1 × 10W Solar Panel 1000 (USD $79 / CAD $108.98)
Approximate total retail value per Prize: USD $278.99 / CAD $384.87

Prize Terms
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose.
Sponsor is not responsible for Prize defects, malfunctions, or damage after delivery.
Prizes cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion for a Prize of equal or greater value.
Prizes will be shipped to winners within 30 days of winner confirmation and eligibility verification.
Sponsor covers standard shipping within the U.S. and Canada; any additional fees (e.g., expedited shipping, customs) are the winner’s responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Giveaway, including trademarks, logos, product images, videos, text, and website content, are the sole property of Sponsor. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. By entering, Participants grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, non‑exclusive license to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and entry content for Contest administration, marketing, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (available at https://gardepro.com/privacy). By entering, Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for Contest administration and communication. Sponsor may disclose information if required by law or court order.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media platform. All social media platforms are released from any liability related to the Giveaway.

11. Legal Disputes

These Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Texas, USA. Participants waive any right to a jury trial in any legal proceeding related to the Contest. Sponsor’s aggregate liability for any claim related to the Contest is limited to the actual cost of entry (if any). Participants waive all claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor and Affiliated Parties are not liable for:
Typographical, printing, or technical errors in Contest materials;
Lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries or notifications;
Unauthorized access to or alteration of entries;
Malfunction of any computer, network, or software system;
Injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation or Prize use;
Third‑party service failures, acts of God, or other events beyond Sponsor’s control;
Any dissatisfaction with the Prize.

By entering, Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and Affiliated Parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation or Prize receipt/use.
