GardeProCredits Rewards Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
GardePro Credits ("Credits") is a loyalty rewards program offered by GardePro to eligible customers who make qualifying purchases on gardepro.com. Credits can be redeemed toward future purchases, subject to the terms below.
2. Eligibility
Credits are available to registered GardePro account holders only.
Anyone who meets the age requirement of local laws in their region (13 years old and above in the EU, 14 years old and above in the US) and purchases GardePro hunting cameras and related products can join the program.
Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
Employees, affiliates, and resellers of GardePro are not eligible.
3. Earning Credits
Credits are awarded on qualifying purchases made at gardepro.com.
Standard earning rate: 4 Credit per $1 USD spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
Credits are credited to your account after the order is delivered and the return window has closed (typically 30 days after delivery).
Credits are not earned on purchases made with existing Credits, gift cards, or promotional codes unless otherwise stated.
4. Redeeming Credits
Minimum redemption threshold: 100 Credits = $1 USD discount.
Credits can be applied at checkout toward eligible products.
Credits cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless explicitly permitted.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Partial redemption is allowed; unused Credits remain in your account.
5. Credits Expiration
Credits expire 12 months after the date they were earned if no qualifying purchase activity occurs.
Any account activity (purchase or redemption) resets the expiration clock.
GardePro reserves the right to modify the expiration policy with 30 days' notice.
6. Returns & Refunds
If an order is refunded, the Credits earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
If Credits were used in a refunded order, the refund amount will reflect the net amount paid (excluding Credits used).
Credits will not be reinstated for returned items unless the return is due to a product defect verified by GardePro.
7. Program Modifications & Termination
GardePro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Credits program at any time.
In the event of program termination, customers will be given 60 days' notice to redeem outstanding Credits.
GardePro may adjust earning rates, redemption values, or eligibility criteria at its discretion.
8. Account Suspension & Fraud
GardePro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Credits obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited without compensation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with GardePro's standard dispute resolution process.
