Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding pre-sale items. If you have ordered a pre-sale item, please refer to the specific estimated shipping date provided. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking confirmation details.

Orders placed before 2:30 pm PST Monday through Friday are usually shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2:30 pm PST Monday through Friday are typically shipped the next business day.

Orders placed over the weekend are usually processed and shipped the following Monday.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer worldwide delivery services. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $50 are subject to a $5 shipping fee per order.

If delivery services are not available in your area, we recommend consulting GardePro's customer service team for the best solution.

GardePro partners with leading shipping carrier Yunexpress to ensure a smooth shipping experience for you.

3. Delivery Address

Having a complete and accurate delivery address is crucial. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for correction and charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

You must provide a daytime contact phone number for all orders. Occasionally, packages are returned to GardePro due to delivery failures. Please contact GardePro to arrange for re-delivery when carriers return undeliverable packages to us.

4. Delivery Times

Standard shipping times to countries like the USA, Europe, Canada, and Australia typically range from 7-15 natural days, depending on the destination of the order.

Recipient signature confirmation is required upon parcel receipt. You may use a delivery address different from the billing address (e.g., a work address).
