3. Sample Delivery

GardePro will ship test samples, accessories, and guidelines within 5 working days after confirmation.
GardePro covers all shipping costs.

4. Product Testing

Complete comprehensive testing within 25 days after receiving the product.
Focusing on key metrics such as image quality and battery life.

Testing Responsibilities

    • Complete the testing as required and submit authentic and complete feedback.
    • Cooperate with official com-munication and assist in advancing the testing process.
    • Samples shall not be used for illegal activities, and the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by oneself.

Do I need to pay for this new product test? Do test samples need to be returned?

No. The program is entirely free. You can keep the sample after the testing is complete.

What if there are quality issues with the sample during the testing process?

During the testing process, if there are quality issues with the sample that are not caused by human factors, it is necessary to contact the official customer service as soon as possible, provide a description of the problem and picture/video evidence, and the official will arrange to replace the sample or adjust the testing task according to the situation to ensure the testing experience.

How long does it take to receive notification of selection after applying? Will notification be given if not selected?

Within 5 working days after the end of the application period, the official will complete the screening and send a notification of selection; Unsubscribed users will not be notified separately. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Is there a specific format requirement for testing feedback?

The official will provide standardized feedback forms, clarifying the feedback format and core dimensions; You can submit feedback in the form of text descriptions, images, short videos, etc., with a focus on highlighting product performance, user experience, and issues.
