Ich finde die Kamera grundsätzlich sehr gut, die Bedienung ist recht einfach, die Einstellungen übersichtlich, die Bildqualität entspricht den Einstellungen.
Leider ist sie aber nicht wasserdicht. Ich habe sie selten geöffnet, wenn sie in Betrieb war, dann solange bis die Akkus fast leer waren. Beim letzten öffnen lief mir dann das Wasser entgegen und auf dem Fotos ist es im oberen Frontbereich innen auch zu sehen. Die Dichtung sieht ok aus, ich kann nicht feststellen, wie es hineingekommen ist. Das enttäuscht natürlich, da ich jetzt eine neue kaufen muss, die hoffentlich wirklich wasserdicht ist.
We have 2 GardePro E6's mounted under the eaves of our house which are on 24/7 powered by AC 12-volt adapters (one has been operating continuously since June of 2022). They are set to capture photos & videos from late afternoon through early morning. We are very pleased with the clarity & detail of the captures. The phone app is very user friendly and provides plenty of settings to tailor the E6 to do exactly what you want.
Three things to note:
1. Many people think this connects to your home WiFi - it does not. It actually generates it's own WiFi hub which communicates directly with your smartphone (not through your home WiFi). You will only be able to communicate with the unit(s) when nearby, not across the country.
2. The E6 uses a lot of power when operating overnight, so if you use it like we do, get a 12V DC converter (1-amp or more) or use the GardePro rechargeable battery/solar panel (sold separately).
3. When selecting an SD card, note that there are various levels (qualities) of these and only one with high-speed specs should be used. If you use a substandard SD card, the camera will record the captures, but will not be able to transmit them to the app (however, they are viewable on a computer). I know because I caused myself a lot of unnecessary grief using a substandard SD card! Considering the way we use the units, and the above three items, I highly recommend the GardePro E6.
Incredible value with the sale bumping price I paid... I like bumping video resolution down just one notch so I can get smooth 30fps movement that if you told me it was 60fps I'd have believed it because it's somehow smoother than my other device at 30fps. Lack of distortion, beautiful images and video, and 940nm no-glow IR and unbeatable results at this price, despite other products citing similar or better specs on paper. It triggered a little later than I'd have liked with the moving object when it was still far away, but I've only got it at medium sensitivity so it will probably trigger more distant objects at .5 second on high.
I told my roommate to buy this model (Amazon Prime) because it has Wi-Fi connectivity. The Trail Camera arrived. I have not set it up yet but so far I'm disappointed. The description said "Wi-Fi and Bluetooth technology" but it did not say I had to use an app on a smartphone or tablet. I expected it would connect to my home's Wi-Fi. I have neither a smartphone nor a tablet and I don't plan on getting one either (Nearest cell reception for me is 7-8 miles away).
Je l'ai depuis 3 jours, prise en main facile, fontionne parfaitement. Dommage qu'il faille passer par une application sur un smart phone pour acceder au wifi de la came et la conf à distance. Une interface WEB serait tellement plus simple!
Still need to buy the batteries and memory card, once I have that done, I'll can try it out. The thing is with item like this, is that if I need to go to the shop, for specific batteries and specific memory sticks, it is unlikely I use this quickly. Why not have the items already in, because to me I bought a semi-assembled product etc.
The image quality is exhalant as well as the sound. We purchased this to record neighbors dogs barking all the time having the motion detector and sound as well as time stamps is all the judge needed
