📦Device Compatibility & Usage Modes

1. Two usage modes for R3 Pro Camera

  • Paired with Link 1.0 Hub: Full functions available, including remote photo delivery and instant mobile alert notifications.
  • Standalone mode (without Hub): Footage only saves locally on the SD card. No photo transmission to your phone, no app push notifications. 

2. Compatible cameras for Link 1.0 Hub

  • This Link 1.0 Hub works seamlessly with our R3 Pro and T6LRW cameras only. It cannot connect to WiFi trail cameras from other brands or our other camera series.
📡About Wireless Transmission Distance

Our listed maximum 3,000ft / 1km signal range is tested in fully open, unobstructed line-of-sight spaces with zero barriers.

1. Mild signal attenuation (moderate distance drop)

  • Thin shrubs, sparse grass, thin single-layer wooden fences, small thin tree trunks.
  • These obstacles slightly weaken signals and reduce the effective range moderately.

2. Severe signal attenuation (big distance loss, major impact)

  • Dense forest/thick foliage, thick trees, brick/concrete walls, windows with double-layer glass, hills, metal fences, buildings, terrain undulations.
  • These barriers will drastically block wireless signals, cutting the working distance down to around 1,600ft / 485m in regular outdoor real-world use.
 🌐Network Requirement
  • This Link system requires a home router to create a local LAN connection to operate fully.
  • If your installation spot does not have access to a home router, the full connected functions will not work as intended.
 🌍Regional Frequency Note
  • This version fits North America (US & Canada) frequencies.
  • UK, Germany & other European buyers must confirm local frequency compatibility before purchase.

How to Set Up and Connect Your GardePro Link System: A Step-by-Step Guide

 🎥Image Quality Note

This trail camera supports multiple crisp recording resolutions:

  • 4K video at 20fps
  • 2K / 1080P video at 30fps

When connected to the Link Hub, low-resolution 540p preview photos and short video clips will auto-send to your mobile app by default. These previews run at a lower frame rate and do not include audio.

You can freely request the full high-definition original photos and video files at any time at no extra cost to view complete, clear footage.
