How far can the Hub be from the camera?

In an open area with no obstructions, the Hub can connect to cameras up to 3,000 ft (about 1 km) away. Note that the range may vary due to obstacles like walls, trees, or other structures. Explore: Differences Between WiFi and Long-Range Wireless Trail Cameras

Is it free to use, with no subscription required?

Yes, we offer a permanently free plan that covers all standard trail camera features. For more advanced features and extended cloud storage, you can upgrade to a paid subscription plan.

How many cameras can one Hub support?

A single Hub can connect to up to 16 cameras.

Are email notifications enabled by default?

No. You'll need to enable email notifications in your Notification Settings within the Personal Center of the app. They are turned off by default.

Why am I only receiving email notifications for images, not videos?

Yes, video notifications are not supported at the moment. Only image notifications are supported.

How often will I receive email notifications?

If you are using the On-Demand feature, email notifications will be sent immediately. If it is a motion detection notification, photos from all cameras will be sent every 5 minutes.
However, each email includes a maximum of 5 pictures. You can view any additional pictures in the app.

Can it work without a home network?

No, the Hub must be connected to the router via a network cable. And the cameras must be networked via the Hub..

Will photos be lost when cloud storage expires?

The original photos are always stored on the camera's SD card. When cloud storage expires, only the cloud copies are deleted. Photos already stored in the app will not be deleted, but they will be deleted after clearing the app cache.

Can the camera work independently without connecting to the Hub?

How is the "additional camera discount" for the Plus plan calculated?

The first camera is $3/month, and each additional camera is $1.5/month. If you pay annually, the first camera is $30/year, and each additional camera is $15/year.

How do I share access to my cameras?

To share :
1.Go to the Camera Sharing section in your Profile (in the app).
2.Enter the recipient's email address.
3.Select the specific camera(s) you want to share.
4.Send the invitation. Once accepted, they'll have access!
