What video resolutions and frame rates does the camera support?

The camera supports 4K recording at 20fps, 2K recording at 30fps, and 1080P recording at 30fps. You can select the resolution that best fits your needs. For the highest level of detail, choose 4K; for smoother motion, 2K or 1080P at 30fps are recommended.

What AI features are included?

Both models include GardePro AI at no extra AI cost.
AI currently includes: AI Tags and Smart Capture.
AI runs directly on the camera and does not require cloud processing.

What are AI Tags?

AI Tags automatically identify common animals and add species labels to photos and videos, making it much easier to search and organize your gallery.

What is Smart Capture?

Smart Capture lets you choose which animals are uploaded through the cellular network.
The camera still captures everything, but only uploads the species you select, helping save cellular data.

Does AI require an extra subscription?

No. AI features are included at no additional cost.
You only need an active cellular data plan for remote uploads.

How does Live View work?

Live View lets you see what's happening in front of the camera in real time.
During Live View, you can: Take snapshots and Record videos.
Please note that frequent or extended Live View sessions consume more battery power.

What photo and video quality is uploaded?

By default, the camera uploads: 540P photos and Video Preview.
Video Preview is a low-frame-rate, silent preview designed for quick viewing while minimizing battery.
HD Photos and Full HD Videos can be requested from the app when supported by your subscription.

Does the camera support GPS?

Yes. GPS location updates are enabled by default once every day.
You may also change the interval to: Every 3 days or Every 7 days.
You can also manually request the latest location anytime.
If the camera is moved significantly, you'll receive an instant alert.

Can I share my camera?

Yes. You can share your camera with family or friends.
Shared users can:
● View the gallery
● View requested HD photos and videos
Shared users cannot:
● Start Live View
● Request HD files
● Change camera settings
Camera sharing is available only within the same country/region.

How long does the battery last?

Can I use a solar panel?

Yes. The X66 3.0 Ultra supports:

● SP300
● SP1000

For the best experience, we recommend the 10W SP1000 Solar Panel.

Does the camera include an SD card?

No. A Full-Size SD card is required.
Recommended:
GardePro or SanDisk 32GB/64GB SDHC Class 10 full-size SD cards.

Do I need a data plan?

Yes. A valid data plan is required to activate the camera and use remote cellular features. Account's first plan free for 1 month,data as per selected plan.

Can I still use the camera without a data plan?

Yes. The camera can still capture photos and videos without an active data plan. It will continue recording to the SD card based on the current camera settings. However, without a valid data plan, you will not be able to change camera settings through the app or directly on the camera. Cellular features, such as photo/video uploads and remote access, will also be unavailable.

What does Dual-Core mean on the X66 3.0 Ultra?

Dual-Core means the camera uses two processing cores to handle different tasks at the same time. While one core manages photo/video uploads, the other continues monitoring for motion triggers. This helps reduce missed captures and provides a more reliable wildlife monitoring experience.
