Resolving "No Firmware Available" Message

 

If your device displays the message "No firmware available," please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Reinstall the Battery: First, remove the battery and then reinstall it, ensuring it is securely in place.

  2. Check the Menu Button: Press the “Menu” button multiple times to ensure it is not stuck in the card slot.

  3. Provide Order Information: If the issue persists, please send us your order number so we can initiate the warranty process for you.
