Why can't I use the Live stream of the WiFi camera (ios)


We have recently made optimizations to the player for iOS systems, which may have introduced some compatibility issues. Our technical team is actively working on a permanent solution. In the meantime, we have a temporary fix that should help you view the live feed from your camera. Please follow these steps:

  1.  Open your phone's Settings.
  2.  Find and select the GardePro Mobile app.
  3.  Turn off the Cellular Data switch.
  4.  Reopen the GardePro Mobile app and check the live view from your camera.
