The Camera Date&Time not saved

The common phenomena/causes of time loss include:

1. Replace the battery; (We will continue to optimize the camera and add a capacitor inside the camera to solve it.)

2. The battery is charged, but time has been lost during use. It is possible that the MCU chip that records the time internally has been reset (further investigation is needed, one possibility is that the battery had poor contact while holding the camera, resulting in a period of no normal power supply);

3. After the time is lost, it is reset and immediately lost again. It may be due to damage to the clock crystal oscillator (which can only be replaced).

4. The camera will randomly change time (may have unstable firmware, please advise customers to upgrade to the latest version)

For the second point mentioned above: (1) Poor battery contact: The positive contact point of batteries on the market may vary from high to low, which may not be compatible with the contact point of the battery compartment. Most rechargeable batteries have fewer protruding positive electrodes and more poor contact, while other batteries may also have a lower probability. Duracell AA batteries generally have more protruding positive electrodes. If there are any, you can consider giving them a try.

You can also ask the customer what type of battery they are currently using

(2) In an unknown scenario, the MCU has been reset, which may be a faulty machine. We suggest that the customer send us a few images before and after the time loss, and then see if there is a way to retrieve the camera for further analysis
