What Should I Do If My Trail Camera Keeps Turning Off?
Check the batteries: Low or unstable battery voltage is the most common cause. Make sure you are using fresh, compatible batteries or an official GardePro lithium battery pack.
Check the battery contacts: Inspect the battery compartment for dirt, corrosion, or loose contacts. Clean the metal contacts if you notice any oxidation.
Consider the temperature: Extremely hot or cold temperatures may cause the camera to shut down unexpectedly.
Reset the camera: If the issue persists after replacing the batteries, perform a factory reset for further troubleshooting.
