Can I Turn Off My WiFi Camera Through the App?

The WiFi camera cannot be turned off directly through the app at this time. However, you can adjust the settings to put the camera into a low-power standby state.

After connecting your phone to the camera's WiFi, open the GardePro Mobile app and go to Settings. Configure the camera as follows:

  • Mode: Time Lapse
  • Photo or Video: Photo
  • Time Lapse Interval: 23 hours

Note: 23 hours is only an example. You can set the interval based on your needs.

With these settings, the camera will take one time-lapse photo every 23 hours and remain in standby mode for the rest of the time, consuming very little power.

To resume normal operation, reconnect to the camera through the app and change Mode back to Motion Detection, or adjust the settings according to your preference.
