What should I do if R3 Pro is stuck at 98% during firmware update?

If the R3 Pro remains at 98% and keeps restarting during an OTA firmware update, a local SD card recovery update may be required.

Get the firmware file: Contact GardePro Support to obtain the official recovery firmware file.
Prepare the SD card: Format a microSD card on your computer, then copy the firmware file to the SD card root directory (do not put it in any folder).
Start recovery update: Turn off the R3 Pro completely, insert the prepared SD card, and power on the camera.
Wait for completion: The camera will automatically start the recovery update. Do not remove power during the update process. After completion, the camera will restart and return to normal operation.
