Why Does My Camera Not Have an APN Setting?

The availability of the APN setting depends on your camera model and the type of SIM card being used.

1. DXE Series Cameras (SIM-Locked Models)

DXE series cameras (such as X50-DXE) use a GardePro-provided SIM card.

For cameras with firmware version V130 or later, the APN is automatically configured by the camera. Therefore, the APN setting option is not available in the camera menu.

No manual APN configuration is required.

2. UXE Series Cameras (SIM-Free Models)

UXE series cameras (such as X70GL-UXE) use a customer-provided SIM card.

Because different mobile network operators use different network settings, the APN needs to be manually configured according to your SIM card provider.
