What Should I Do if My Hub Goes Offline After a Power Outage?

If your Hub goes offline after a sudden power outage, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Check the Power and Network Connection

  • Make sure the Hub is powered on and the indicator light is working normally.
  • Check the Ethernet cable connection between your router’s LAN port and the Hub’s PoE LAN port.
  • Unplug the Ethernet cable and connect it to a computer to confirm whether the network connection works properly.

Restart the Hub

Disconnect the Hub from power, wait a few seconds, and then reconnect it.

Wait for the Hub to restart and check whether it comes back online.

Re-pair the Hub (If Needed)

If the Hub is still offline:

  • Unbind the Hub from the GardePro Link App.
  • Pair the Hub with the app again.

Factory Reset (Only If the Issue Persists)

If the Hub still cannot connect:

  • Use an ejector pin to press and hold the Reset button for about 15 seconds.
  • Release the button when the indicator light starts flashing rapidly.
  • Pair the Hub again through the GardePro Link App.
