Anyone who meets the age requirement of local laws in their region (13 years old and above in the EU, 14 years old and above in the US) and purchases GardePro hunting cameras and related products.

Account restriction: Credits earned under different accounts are bound to their respective registered information and cannot be combined, aggregated, or transferred for any reason. Each account's credits can only be used by the account holder.

Not eligible for credits: ① Orders placed on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon) do not earn credits — only purchases on the official website gardepro.com qualify; ② Purchases of the official GardePro cellular tracking camera data plans, after-sales services, and other value-added services do not earn credits.
 

How to Redeem Credits — Step by Step

Self-service redemption, completed entirely on the official website.

Log in to your account：Log in to your member account on gardepro.com.
Open the credits panel：Click the orange circle with a crown icon on the right side of the website to enter the credits center and view your current credit balance.
Choose your reward：Browse redeemable rewards (discount coupons, cash vouchers, gift cards, etc.) and select your target reward.
Note: Redeemable rewards are updated regularly; specific types and required credits are subject to the real-time display on the official credits redemption page.
Confirm redemption：Confirm the deduction of the corresponding credits and complete the redemption. The reward coupon will be issued to your account.
Use your reward：Apply the redeemed coupon at checkout. Pay attention to the coupon's validity period, applicable product scope, and minimum spend threshold.
 
If a redeemed coupon doesn't work: First check ① whether it is within the valid use period; ② whether the purchased products fall within the coupon's applicable scope; ③ whether the spending threshold is met. If all conditions are met but the coupon still fails, contact GardePro official customer service and provide your account information and redemption record for verification.
