Why does my camera get stuck on "PC Camera" during a firmware update?

Cause:
When the camera is powered off and connected to a computer via USB, pressing and holding the OK button while switching the power switch to SET (A3/A3S models) or ON (other models) will enter PC Camera mode, and the screen will display "PC Camera".

Solution:

  • Remove the batteries and reinstall them to exit PC Camera mode.
  • Press the OK button several times to ensure it is not stuck or pressed incorrectly.
  • If the camera still remains in PC Camera mode, the button may have a hardware issue. Please contact our technical support team and provide your proof of purchase for further assistance.
