Why Does My 4G Camera's Cellular Info Page Not Display Any Information?

If your 4G camera has a SIM card installed, sufficient battery power, and an SD card inserted, but the network signal and cloud server status on the Home screen both show “XX”, and the Cellular Info page does not display any information, the 4G module may not be initializing properly.

What should the Cellular Info page normally show?

A properly functioning 4G module should display information including:

  • 4G module model
  • IMEI
  • Configuration status
  • Network status
  • Signal strength
  • SIM card status

If the Cellular Info page is blank or missing this information, the camera may not be communicating properly with the 4G module.

Troubleshooting Steps

Please try the following steps first:

  • Turn off the camera.
  • Remove the batteries and wait a few seconds.
  • Reinstall the batteries.
  • Turn the camera back on and wait for the 4G module to initialize.
  • Check the Cellular Info page again.

If the information is still unavailable after restarting the camera, the 4G module may have malfunctioned or may not be functioning correctly.

Please contact the GardePro Support Team or the seller/distributor where you purchased the camera for further troubleshooting and after-sales assistance.
