Why isn’t the solar panel charging, or why is the red light flashing or off?

Please follow these steps:

  1. Set the solar panel switch to 12V.
  2. Check the connection. Make sure the solar panel cable and connector are securely and correctly connected.
  3. Check the sunlight. Make sure the solar panel is placed in direct sunlight and is not shaded.
  4. Reconnect the devices in the following order:
    • Disconnect the solar panel from the camera.
    • Turn off the camera.
    • Reconnect the solar panel.
    • Wait about 30 seconds.
    • Turn the camera back on.
  5. Check the camera screen. Make sure the charging or plug icon appears.

If the red indicator light continues to flash or does not turn on, please contact our After-Sales Service team for further assistance.
