What Does the App Icon Badge Number Mean?
The badge number on your app icon shows the number of unread notifications, not the number of photos or videos in your gallery.
What Notifications Does It Include?
- New photo and video upload notifications
- Camera status alerts, such as firmware updates and subscription plan status
Why Doesn't It Match My Gallery?
The badge counts unread notifications, while your gallery shows photos and videos. The numbers may differ because notifications can be delayed or delivered in batches when your camera reconnects.
When Should I Contact Support?
Contact us if the badge number never clears or if you stop receiving notifications even though your camera is uploading photos normally.
If your problem still cannot be solved, please contact us.
