How to Choose the Right Solar Panel for Your GardePro Camera?

GardePro currently offers four solar panels: SP1100, SP1000, SP350, and SP300. The main differences are their solar panel area and whether they have a built-in lithium battery.

Solar Panel Area

• SP1100 and SP1000: 666.5 cm²
• SP350 and SP300: 259 cm²
• The SP1100/SP1000 provide approximately 2.5× more solar panel area than the SP350/SP300.

Built-in Lithium Battery

• SP1100 and SP350: Built-in lithium battery
• SP1000 and SP300: No built-in lithium battery

Which Solar Panel Should I Choose?

If your camera uses AA batteries:
We recommend SP1100 or SP350. Both models have a built-in lithium battery and are designed for use with AA-battery cameras.

If your camera uses a lithium battery:
We recommend SP1000 or SP300. Neither model has a built-in lithium battery and both are designed for lithium-battery cameras.

Can I Use SP1100 or SP350 with a Lithium-Battery Camera?

Some lithium-battery cameras may also be compatible with the SP1100 or SP350, depending on the camera’s hardware version.

Before using either solar panel, check the camera’s H/W Version:

• V8.2.x or later — Compatible with SP1100/SP350
• V8.1.x or  earlier / V6.x — Not recommended for use with SP1100/SP350
