How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (except pre‑order items, which follow their estimated shipping dates). Orders placed before 2:30 PM PST, Monday‑Friday usually ship the same day; orders placed after that or over the weekend ship the next business day (typically Monday).
Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to intercept, cancel or modify the shipment.
