Why is there no sound in my video?

The video preview, or lite video, shown in the GardePro Mobile app is not the original or HD video file, and it does not include audio.

If you need the original or HD video with sound, you can either request the HD version in the GardePro Mobile app or transfer the original video file from the SD card using a USB cable.

To access the HD or original video, please use one of the following methods:

1. Request the HD version of the video preview in the GardePro Mobile app.
Note: An active HD video subscription is required. You can purchase a plan on the “Plan” page in the app.
2. Download the original video file from the SD card using an SD card reader, not included, or a USB cable.
For your reference, here is how a 4G cellular camera works:

The camera first captures the original photo or video and saves it to the SD card. It then sends a thumbnail or lite video preview to the GardePro Mobile app.

The lite video preview is a compressed version of the video, recorded at 2 frames per second and without audio. This allows you to quickly understand what happened without using extra data. Compared with most 4G trail cameras on the market that only send thumbnails, the lite video preview provides a much better viewing experience.
