What Do the Hub Indicator Lights Mean During Troubleshooting?
The Hub’s indicator lights can help you identify power or hardware issues during troubleshooting.
Both Hub indicator lights are off
Check whether the two Ethernet cables connected to the PoE injector are plugged into the correct ports. Make sure they are not connected in reverse.
The Hub indicator flashes red faintly
If the Hub is connected to the PoE injector’s PoE port and the indicator flashes red faintly, this may indicate a motherboard failure. Please contact GardePro Support with your order details for further assistance or a replacement.
The Hub indicator flashes red rapidly and frequently
This may indicate an insufficient power supply. Please check the power adapter and power source to make sure the Hub is receiving sufficient power.
