Why Does the Camera Sometimes Show the Solar Panel as Connected and Sometimes Not?

The camera’s solar panel connection status depends on the voltage supplied by the solar panel.

When the solar panel’s output voltage drops below 5V, the camera may no longer display the “Plugged In” status. This is related to the solar panel’s power output and does not necessarily indicate a camera malfunction.

What should I do?

  1. Place the solar panel in direct sunlight to ensure sufficient power output.
  2. Check that the cable is securely connected to both the solar panel and the camera.
  3. If the issue persists under sufficient sunlight, please contact our support team for further assistance.
