When the Wifi&Cellular camera encounters some unsolvable issues

When the camera encounters some unsolvable issues,please use the following methods to upload Feedback in the APP :

1). Please click the "icon in the upper left corner" of the "Statue" after your connection fails.  Click" Feedback "to add information

2). Fill in the problems you encountered, and upload some screenshots, preferably a video;  we will help you analyze the problems encountered by the camera ( Feedback will upload the log, this will not reveal any of your information, we will only get the pictures or videos you uploaded)
