How Do I Set the DNS on My Cellular Trail Camera?
If your cellular trail camera is having trouble connecting to the network or uploading photos, you can try setting a custom DNS to see if it resolves the issue.
- Turn on the camera and press the MENU button to enter the menu.
- Scroll down to Advanced Settings and select Custom DNS.
- Set Custom DNS to On and enter 8.8.8.8 as the DNS address.
After saving the settings, check whether the camera can connect to the network and upload photos normally.
Note: Changing the DNS may not resolve all network or photo-upload issues.
