Q10: Where to buy an additional camera?
You can purchase one on Amazon.com or via the link found in Menu > Help.
Q11: Will this work on 5G or Wi-Fi networks?
No. The baby monitor works independently and requires neither Wi-Fi nor 5G networks.

No, the baby monitor system works independently and cannot connect to smartphones.
Q13: Does the camera need to be plugged in?
Yes, the camera unit must be plugged into an electrical outlet.
Q14: Will it block out the white noise machine?
No, it does not block out white noise. We recommend placing the white noise machine further away from the camera than the baby to help reduce interference.
Q15: Will this camera notify me when there is motion?
Yes, provided you have activated "Motion Detection" in MENU > Camera Settings. You will be notified if motion exceeds the chosen sensitivity level.
Q16: What does the blinking green light on the camera mean?

Camera: 1920 x 1080P
Q18: How will alarm/alert detection affect the system?
There are three sensor alarms: Sound Detection, Motion Detection, and Temperature Detection (found in Camera Settings). Additionally, there are Disconnection and Timer alarms. All five will wake the monitor screen from sleep.
Scenarios:
- If the screen is ON: Video and Audio remain active regardless of settings.
- If the screen is OFF and VOX (Sound Detection) is Disabled: Video is off, Audio remains active.
- If the screen is OFF and VOX is Enabled: Both Video and Audio are off. They only activate if noise exceeds the threshold.
- If Motion or Temperature detection is enabled: Any activation will wake the screen and restore Video/Audio.
| Screen Setting | VOX | Motion | Temp | Video | Audio | Reaction |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| On | x* | x | x | On | On | On |
| Off | Off | x | x | Off | On | Off |
| On (Not Active) | Not Active | Not Active | Off | Off | Off | |

| Obstacle | Factor |
|---|---|
| Thick Concrete Wall (9") | 20 |
| Thin Concrete Wall (5") | 5 |
| Big Tree / Bush | 5 |
| Glass Door / Window | 2 |
Example: With 1 thick wall (factor 20) and 1 thin wall (factor 5):
3000 / 20 / 5 = 30 ft range.
