Why Does the Screen Show “MCU Upgrading” When the Camera Powers On?

Possible Causes：
This is a firmware update prompt. It typically occurs in one of the following situations:

1. The camera was completely powered off and is being turned on via the START button for the first time.
2. The MCU version doesn't match the version recorded by the main controller.
3. The MCU firmware is incomplete (checksum or serial number verification failed).

Resolution：
You can update the camera to the latest firmware version by following these steps:

Locate the serial number (S/N) at the top-left corner of the battery compartment.
Contact our support team with your serial number to receive the matching latest official firmware.
Follow the provided instructions to complete the firmware update. (Do not disconnect power during the update.)
